Very Prompt Installation Service and Professional Staff – I called in the afternoon on a Tuesday and had an appointment the next morning for install. Technician arrived and was actually on-time, which we all know is something that rarely ever happens with installs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did not provide a high pressure sales pitch, he was genuinely concerned with making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I completely understood the system before he left. Great Service – I called Gaylord on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was up and running with a state of the art security system. The Technician was great, he walked me through the entire set up and told me all about the features and benefits of the entire system. By far this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would reccommend Gaylord Security to everyone.

Quick + good service – Scheduling appointment was done with no hassle, sales rep. offered a good promo, when installation tech from Gaylord came out, he was pretty knowledgeable and offered a couple of solutions on where to best position equipment as well as step by step instructions on how to use the system. Set up was quick, technician performed a quick test drill and was done. No hassles, no worry.

Polite and Helpful – I found Gaylord Security through Google and requested a call back to discuss my home security setup. I spoke with a lovely representative named "Lilly" who helped me with picking out the ADT package best-suited for my home. She did not try to up-sell me, but rather listened to my concerns and conditions, and make suggestions based on that. Horrible horrible customer service – Made the mistake of calling these guys for a quote. Gave me a price that was higher than everybody else who re-sells ADT. I told them they were too high and I was going to think about it....they asked "what can we do to get your business. My polite response was "lower your installation price from $199 to something more competitive". The "manager" on the phone got upset, called me an a$$hO*& and hung up. Thieves? I didnt think so.... – I had a hard time trying to find a security company that made me feel really comfortable. Gaylord was personable, and patient when it came to figuring out what was needed in my home for optimal protection. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking in to getting an alarm system in their home. Its easier to get a complain than it is to get a compliment, but theyve earned one. Supposed to protect you from Theives.. They are the theives! – Stole my money and won't refund me for installation when I never even got their product installed!!!!! Thieves!!!! Don't use them unless u want to have to fight to get your money back that they never were authorized to take!!!!!!!
