Professional Tech – Tech is ontime, fast and professional.
Free Monitoring – From the start of my service, Gaylord has been great. The appointment was very easy to make and service, charges, etc. were all well explained to me and any questions I had were answered very clearly. The Installer was prompt to the appointed time. He was friendly,and professional and I have had no problems with my system since signing on with their company.

Highly Recommended – I ordered ADT 2 months ago...and saw them at the Seattle Home Show....I spoke with a representative within a couple days and had a scheduled an appointment to have the service installed. They showed up on time...professional, courteous and timely. I was so impressed with their service. I had an accidental alarm issue and they called in seconds to check on me and make sure everything was ok...I recommend them completely!

gaylord security system – I order ADT two months ago they were call me back asap the people i spoke to nice they have away making you feel inportatant not like your one of the million of custumer they have.The gentleman who came out to install the security system was very friendly and professional he went blow my blow thru the system with me he was all round sweet heart. Since i have had the system I have felt secure and they were even sweet when my 3yr old got hold of my keys and pressed the panic button.

Gaylord Security Systems – Two months ago I ordered ADT Security for my home. Gaylord Security was contracted to put the system in for me. I promptly received phone calls and emails to schedule the installation. The installer arrived on time, had identification for me at the door, removed his shoes (thank you very much) and got right to work. He answered all my questions, was professional and helpful. When he left, he gave me his card and told me I could call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. I was impressed!
