Great customer service! – Great service. We called to make an appointment and a technician came out within two days, was on time, professional and put us at ease. He listened to all our concerns, explained the system thoroughly, was patient with all our questions, ran through the system with us until we understood it and made sure we knew how to get in touch if any other questions came up. First class. We are quite happy with our decision to use this company.

Friendly Service – Gaylord Security installed my ADT alarm system. After ordering from ADT, they sent Gaylord to install the system at my home. The installation guy was friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and wanted to help me make the right choices for me. There were a few issues with the placement of the alarm system I guess, but he worked hard and stayed longer than he had anticipated to get the job done. Wonderful Service! – I'm a bit paranoid, so when buying our new home a sercurity system was a must! The technician was on-time, polite, and respectful. He answered all of my "silly" questions in a way that made me feel validated in regards to my concerns. He also took the time to explain the entire system to me, make sure I understood how it operated, and even went around the perimeter to look for any other security concerns. A+ service + peace of mind = one happy customer!

Excellent Service – The installing technician was very professional and informative. We have had neighbors and friends in the area that have been burglarized. We now feel safe and secure with the new system installed a "piece of mind" so to speak goes a long way. Thank you ADT.

Great service! Love the product! – Great service! I phoned at 8:50 pm and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone and was able to schedule an installation appointment. The installer did a fantastic job. He was quick, clean, efficient, and did a wonderful job explaining the alarm service and how to work the control panel. He even had each of my kids demonstrate how to use it in various scenarios. We love our alarm system and feel very confident with this service!!

VERY SATISIFIED WITH ALARM SYSTEM – My wife and I had concerns about how quickly the monitoring company would call when they received a call. Well we found out quickly, the first two weeks we accidently caused three alarms. All three times the monitoring company responded to the alarm within seconds. We are very impressed! Would recommend this system to others.

ADT Security System – The teachnical is very professional and on time. He explained in details before do the installation. Walk you throught the testing and all the basic information. I would greatly recomend to anyone who is looking for the security alarm system installation. Great job!
