Bait and Switch...BEWARE!!! – Watch out for their "sales" tactics. I had a very bad experience with them. I agreed to have them install a system in my home and originally was told the cost would NOT have to be paid up front. Very Professional – When we contacted ADT after a break in, we were contacted by Gaylord Security. They came out and installed the system very quickly and answered all questions and made suggestions for security that we had otherwise overlooked. Fast, Clean and Friendly Service/Install – After signing up with ADT Gaylord did the actual installation. The technician was very friendly and asked all the right question regarding where I wanted the equipment installed. He was fast, thorough and did not leave a mess. The system works just great.

Gayload Secruity Systems – They responded by phone the next day and completed the installation on time and they were very courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. This is the first security system we’ve had and the installation tech provided very good recommendations on different ways to set up the system that would work best for us. Highly recommended if you need a security system.

Always Available to Help – I'm am really enamored with this company as I was with a different home monitoring system for nearly 5 years and never received this level of service.
