If I can give this company negative stars I would but unfortunately, you have to at least give one star long story short purchased our home two years ago it came with a ADT door lock doorbell, and thermostat unfortunately for me the panel, which is the hub has gone out it’s been three weeks now going back-and-forth with several rude ADT associates And no one can get out to me till September 20. When moving you can not take your equipment to your new house. I spent over $2000 in equipment and was told by the technician that they would come out and uninstall everything when I moved and restall it at the next place. That was important to me because I was only living at that home for a couple of years. When it came time to move to my new home, ADT stated I would have to purchase all new equipment.

I am so disappointed with ADT. I am a very long time customer (18 years), but fed up and trapped into staying with them until next year. I lived at my previous address for 18 and used their services the whole time. At one point I had an issue with them withdrawing more money from my debit card than was authorized. I was annoyed, but just removed my card and removed autopay. My mother lives in another city and had the same issue. This is obviously a practice that they use company wide. Very bad customer service never wants to give my credit card they tell you less money but they charge a more money because they have yours card in there hand never wants to trust them useless company not trustable
