Absolutely do not call this company if you look at other people‘s reviews and the fact that they have a one star rating save yourself the trouble I had an appointment set up for 6 PM. I had to drive in two hours worth of traffic and rearrange all of my afternoon appointments because they told me they didn’t have another available appointment for two weeks. I’ve been a customer for 11 years, and this experience has been incredibly disappointing. No one seemed able to properly handle my issue or connect me with someone who could. After being transferred between 5–6 different people and departments, the only resolution offered was $10 off for the next two months—without any real explanation or meaningful solution. For 11 years, I’ve never missed a bill or so much as called about my system. The only reason I did recently, was to have a professional come out to replace the sensors ... read more
