Billy C was wonderful, professional, and very great with the work on the carpet. Was quick and results were amazing ☺️
So, I called several days in advance and set up an appointment due to us moving several miles away. We are told they'll be there in between 9/10 am. Not only did they NOT show up BUT they wouldn't answer their phone OR return a phone call. Let's just say I called Stanley Steemer and am willing to pay double just not to deal with this again.

Will never use these guys again they wouldn't even show up for the job tried to call the they would not answer.
They were awesome.... It was 1/31 after midnight and we called some numbers and this one was the first to answer... It's the weekend so we are thinking monday and when they said 30min we will be there me and my manager was like They really came to fix our mess... I work at a hotel in Augusta and this guy let his tub beyond over fill bc it went threw two other floors... Thanks for saving me
