I’ve used Admiral Steamer for fifteen years cleaning my carpet in my personal home and cleaning the carpet in my 25 rental homes. No matter how filthy and disgusting and dirty and nasty the tenants were, Sherry and Mike never complained about the disgusting smell or filth they encountered. We closed to sell our home today. There were about 10 issues for us to repair, one of them was major! Admiral worked long hours many days, remediating mold, adding a vapor barrier, sealing the back patio to prevent moisture & water getting under crawl space, provided many good pics & documentation, etc. They endured hot & challenging conditions & worked their butts off to help us succeed in selling home. DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT hire these ppl to do any work..that is if they ever get back to you..i set up 4 different appointments with them to clean my carpets and couch..they missed all 4 appointments without even an explanation phone call..i had spent an hour each time clearing things out of the rooms...the 1st time we spoke they had gave me a price. then wanted to keep raising the original price..i called over 50 times with no response..i will be reporting them to the BBB...the only thing I kept hearing from them when I did ... read more
