This company takes advantage of Elderly People.
These people are crooks, never use them!! They do nothing but take it vantage of people and none of them know what they are doing. Don't believe me look up Elise Williams and look at what they did to her grandmothers house! She'll show you all of It on video. These people really make me sick, they took $10,000 from a elderly woman just to mess up her whole house. It's completely unfit to live in because of these people.
They were 3 hours late. My carpet was wet for about 4 days which left a musty smell. Two guys showed up, the younger one looked as if he were on drugs & was constantly on his phone. I paid cash (huge mistake) & was told I would be emailed a receipt when he got back to the office. I never received a receipt. I paid $220 to steam clean a couch & an apartment that is less than 1000 square feet total, and 2 of those rooms are tile!
