Appointment times do not work. Plan to wait forever. And then they have their bonus programs (rsv, hb, etc) which is great and all but there’s no reason someone with a 7am appointment that’s still waiting at 9:30am should be skipped by an rsvp person who just got there. They definitely needs to rework the system. Oh and they also just lowered donor pay if you didn’t notice! Probably to deter people lol Love the few staff they have but it’s getting ridiculous.
They need more staff. You be haft to wait for a while
The staff is great however the appointments are not working. My appointment was at 8:40am it is currently 10:35 and I am still waiting to be hooked up. I love coming here but do not see the point in making appointments when I still have to wait over 2 hours.
I would leave a zero if it would let me Iv been going here for 2 years the the staffing is okay some are amazing and most are drama and every since they have put up that appointment only in they never answer the phone you show up there and they never have any available for the days you need everything has went all the way down hill
They claim you $850 on your first 8 donations but they don't tell you have to do all 8 withing 30 days I went yesterday expecting to get $100 and they don't tell you anything I only got $65 then called and asked and they said there was nothing they could do cause I was out of my new donor range definitely will not be back that's false advertisement and I will highly recommend people to go somewhere else where they don't try to rob you
