Worst place to donate period
Very nice and fast. Clean and respectful
Kinda of ridiculous you need an appointment to just donate. The plasma donate centers don't care about getting plasma
The staff is rude Kat was one of them then it was to other dark skin ladies with black hair the disrespect was crazy shut this place down who would wanna go there to help and be disrespected
I moved to Knoxville last year and tried a few different places to donate. This location was always dirty and the staff made fun of other people who donated in front of other me. They were very unprofessional and total opposite from their facility in Maryville who were super nice and welcoming. I don't know why Knoxville location has people who won't even change their gloves and you have to ask they talk about you to other clients. They are nasty both in cleanness and attitude.
