When we bought our engagement ring five years ago, it was in the aftermath of fraud by another jeweler. Adiamor generously offered us a 5% discount on a 3.07-carat Asscher-cut diamond with a French pav setting in *********** 2024, the setting needed to be replaced due to wear and tear, so we decided to go with an identical replacement. This how customer service is done! I had a very positive experience with Adiamor! I purchased an engagement ring setting by itself, as I already had a loose diamond solitaire. My original plan was have a local jeweler set the stone in the setting, but after speaking with Adiamor customer service, it made good sense to have them set the diamond for me. They were more than happy to assist and I could not be happier! Fantastic customer service! Beautiful engagement ring! They have definitely earned my trust and business!

Cant check if the diamond you get are the same as the diamond certificates. Even they themselves couldnt find and read to the *** numbers when I took my ring to their LA office! The point of buying *** diamonds is to know that you got what youre promised. But, in my case, I may be wearing something worth thousands of dollars or $25!
