Payment process was very straight forward! The customer service response was awesome. I received a call nearly right after, from a lovely lady, (I can't remember her name) just to confirm everything with me and what to expect. I received follow up emails to any questions I had from **** and ***. Beautiful Adiamor packaging as well. Absolutely love the ring my husband chose. I was looking at a simple halo ring and he picked out a three stone halo which turned out gorgeous! I originally wanted a square cushion cut for the center but after my original stone was unavailable, ***** and **** found us others to choose from and suggested a rectangular cushion cut with the same color, cut and clarity that worked much better with the chosen ring. ***, the store owner, called after me and my husband made a purchase on my account for an eternity wedding band. He accused me of making a fraudulent purchase on my husband's card.
