I had a great experience. The Dr. was so patient with my son and made him laugh. I already recommended this place for my nephew. Form the phone call to make an appointment to leaving and scheduling a new appointment everyone was excellent. Keep up the good work!
My Daughter loves Dr Marc. She is so excited to go to the dentist. She even cheered when she knew we had an appt. I love how the whole experience is geared to making my daughter comfortable.
I was very pleased with how everyone treated us and took care of my 2 1/2 year old on her very first dental visit!
As always we feel we received excellent care. The staff is always pleasant and have a wonderful rapport with us
Everyone is always very nice, however my kids love Dr. Janine.
Lynda is great with my son- takes extra time for his cleaning (since he has slot of black staining)
Was Informed of possible cavity, but dr wasn't positive - may need further cleaning to evaluate? Possibly sealant instead? Explained, but maybe at next visit will be clarified further
My only concern was that I wasn't informed ahead of time that the preventative standard fluoride treatment that has been done on all 3 of my kids was not covered this time by my insurance ( I was informed after the visit that it was covered once a calandar year and since my insurance had changed a year ago, it wasn't covered every 6 months. I paid close to $150, for 3 kids. Dr Adam was great with Liam's first visit! The assistants are SO patient - especially with X-rays.
