Dental hygienist and dentist were great. One negative is that I made an appointment with a particular dentist that had treated Troy previously, and when I showed up for the appt I was told the dentist was not in. I should have been notified about this.

Dr Janine is awesome. She is the only dentist my son would like to see going forward. I just wish you are part of my insurance plan.

The dentist received a personal phone call just as my 4 year old daughter was about to get her teeth cleaned and had the suction tube in her mouth. Although we said we didn't mind that she took it, she left the room and was gone for around 20 minutes. To have us wait that long and to then to have my 4 year old daughtet's teeth cleaned by an unfamiliar hygienist was unprofessional. My children are late dentist visitors. Ironically, the reason for the delay was probably more to do with my fear, than there's. Unfortunately, by the time of their first visit (ages 7 and 8), they both have over 5 cavities each and my daughter, age 7, needed an extraction. Dr. Marc Bennett not only made sure that my children are completely at ease during their dental visits, but he calms my nerves as well, even without sweet air! ;) My children look forward to going to the dentist and have never even said the word "ouch". There are 2 spelling mistakes in this survey- "families" in the first line should by "family's". And in the last paragraph, "can not" should be "cannot".
