When we got to the office we were told that we did not have an appointment. This despite a number of emails sent to us reminding us that we did have an appointment. I even confirmed the appointment. We were told that, fortunately for us, there just happened to be an opening. So my daughter got her cleaning and it all work out but what if there wasn't an 'opening?' The upshot is, your computer system needs work. The staff is great.
It was our first time with Dr. Adam. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. I was especially pleased with the way he kept checking that my son was doing ok through the whole process. Thanks Dr. Adam!
