Make sure you ask when the booking is taken what time frame you should commit for the appointment - including factoring in waiting times. Seems to me they book a lot more people than they can physically manage. That might be fine for people who don't work, but when you do, you can get caught like I did. It is expensive as well - perhaps shop around and see if others offer a better service for the price being paid. And the front desk people are pretty rude if you ask me.
