They have provided excellent care for me the past 3 yrs. My caregiver does whatever I ask her to do, household cleaning, laundry, couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend
As a disabled client, my property has been broken by 2 workers-the ceiling light in my bedroom, a window in my attic, my SO of 29 year’s hair clippers, and the only good vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had. I have taken photos of my dishes that remained dirty after they’ve done them, and photos of my laundry that remained dirty (it took the worker from February through June to use one bottle of Tide), one “girl” put chewing gum on my laundry, and sprayed my feet twice with my swiffer wet jet-that one asked my SO to put our kitties’... read more
The office is poorly run.
I have the best home care aid I've had in a long time. She does her job and does it well. She's here on time every time.
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. They don't deal with issues in a timely manner and they do not do their job. I would not trust the care of your loved one with these people.
