I would not this agency care for a loved one. Not only did I get a extremely passive aggressive bully for a caregiver who went through my personal items even reading my desk top schedule not in a way to help but get back at me for reporting her in which she had gone ahead to warn me about the staff told lies to cover up for them not sending workers. Extremely unprofessional staff. As its former Operations Manager of a few short months, the corruption trickles from the top to the lower levels. This review should have been done a long time ago, but honestly, my separation from this company was such a relief, that I honestly forgot until contacted very recently by current clients looking for resolve.
