they refuse to do any repairs. getting them to help you is a joke. it's not safe to live here. these apartments are jokes
I have been living here a week these apartments are roach infested (ROACH INFESTED) THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE DONT CARE THEY ARE NONCHALANT AND VERY RUDE! AND WILL NOT GET THE ROACHES OUT THE ARE EVERYWHERE CANT EVEN BY FOOD FOR THE APT ROACHES COMING OUT THE REFRIGERATOR DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST WEEK OF MY LIFE WORST CHOICE I EVEN MADE I HOPE PEOPLE READ THESE REVIEWS AND TAKE THEN INTO CONSIDERATION THIS PLACE IS BEYOND NASTY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO THERE CORPORATE OFFICE!
I have lived at these apartments for almost 11 years I currently have a faucet running in my bath tub hot water which has made my electric bill go up to $400 a month and they will not fix it I've called the board of health I've are actually called the office numerous times and nothing has gotten done I keep on getting told about my electric bill that somebody will get back with me and nobody has your comments that you leave Addison Creek you do not fix nothing we call all the time and nothing gets done This has been going on... read more
Well it is ok place to live. It's nice and clean and has a play ground and 2 swimming pool, one on the in side of the office and one by the laundry room
Apartments are not kept up staff is unprofessional. Laundry facility is nasty all the time. 4 months here and I'm looking to move already.
I lived here for years and yes alot has changed...for the worse. The staff and the management are not friendly at all. You guys Really really need to work on that. At least when they were Port o Call the staff greeted you with a smile. They act like they don't care when you come to them with an issue and the maintenance is Horrible, they take forever to come out and fix anything. My shower head was broke and it took them three weeks to come out to fix it upon multiple calls. Thank God we have a second bathroom. Not to knock ... read more
