Both Deborah and Alicia in the leasing office have been amazing throughout the last year. They have always been incredibly accomodating and kind. The facilities staff are also fantastic. They have never once taken longer than 24 hrs to come take care of any work orders I put through. TGM has been a great home to me because of the people that work there.
Staff were amazing during my tours, highly recommend checking this location out!

Property Manager's treatment of residents lacks the necessary customer service skills. It’s no surprise that so many of the negative online reviews and complaints are centered around her behavior. She present well over the phone, but when people ask for something or express a concern, her demeanor often shifts into hostility. That isn’t leadership. That’s poor customer service
