I absolutely loved my experience at Liv! I took a chance and purchased an amazing Groupon deal, and I'm so glad I did. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The office is lovely, and everyone made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to Sharon, Chris, Danielle, and Michelle for providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Super good experience.
Danielle did my dermaplaning appointment and did an amazing job! She was very personable and took fantastic care of me. Everyone in this office is super nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!
I just wanted to say I was pretty frustrated with the way my appointment situation was handled. My appointment was booked for 11:30 AM, but then I was told I needed to show up at 11:00 AM. When I tried to explain my concerns, Sharon completely dismissed them and never really tried to help or offer any kind of solution.
