I really love working for Adaptive. I love seeing the smiles that I put on my clients faces and I love seeing their happiness show. The clients are all very kind and understanding, as are the workers, and I just absolutely love the fact that not only do I make people smile but I also get to make friends with the clients and their families. I enjoy the work I do through adaptive it is so rewarding to put smiles on my clients faces and do things they are unable to do. This is a really good company to work for and am thankful to have this job!
Adaptive is the BEST by far - I love working for them. If you are looking for a caregiver job this is the place to work, if you are a caregiver and work for a different company as I did for years you just have to consider a change to Adaptive! Adaptive is a great place to work. The ladies I deal with are very wonderful, helpful, compassionate, and understanding. It's great to feel like a person and not just a number!! This business honestly cares about employees as well as their clients. I would highly recommend as a place of employment.
