Worst medical experience of my life...covers your face with blue plastic cover and you cannot breathe..impersonal..uncomfortable! they still call me and i refuse to answer the phone to them...horrible
I had consultation with Dr. Adams which was covered 100% under my insurance and still paid $50 extra. Then I went for cleaning which my insurance paid $398 and I was suppose to pay $100 copay per my insurance policy. Well they charged me $148 in the office after the service was done; yet later they billed me another $45. SO for one cleaning, I ended up paying $293 out of pocket and also they charged Delta, my insurance. They get you a chunk at the visit and bill in in multiple times which sums up to another chunk. The entire staff in this office is and has always been great!
i'm very pleased with how the office is now running. They've added a new face to there front office and she is very efficent!! very pleased.
Avoid! Very painful! Sat in the chair for two hours with a plastic thing covering my whole mouth. Impersonal doctor and staff. Go elsewhere!
They have never kept me waiting, I always start the appointment within 2 minutes of the actual start time. There is nothing to otherwise complain about, everyone is very friendly and Dr. Adams answers all questions knowledgably.
STOP LOOKING FOR YOUR DENTIST , YOU'VE FOUND HIM. THE GOOD DR. ADAMS ALWAYS EXPLAINS WHAT HE'S DOING , AND MORE IMPORTANT , WHY HE'S DOING IT. HE'S MY DENTIST FOR LIFE.
Love this dentist. Very knowledgable, quick, pleasant, and good memory of his patients and patient history. He cares alot about his patients.
Dr. Adams and his staff are first class! This was the best visit I ever had to a dentist. I was comfortable, relaxed and stress free. And best of all, IT DIDN'T HURT. Dr. Adams extracted a tooth - it came out cleanly without any anesthesia. He said it was the easiest extraction in 19 years! (I am sure this was a non-typical case.) Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. My wait was minimal. The cost was covered by my insurance. I am very lucky to have Dr. Adams and his staff as my dental provider.
