About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. We were down from Hillsboro for a softball tournament and I have always wanted to try this place since I used to see it on the news. It was absolutely delicious!! I had the pulled pork sandwich and it wasn't fatty. There is an abundance of sauces to choose from. The mashed taters were yummy! Reasonably priced and the whole family loved it!!

One of our favorite places to eat! Brisket is our favorite (mine on a salad), but all of the meats we have tried are fabulous. Friendly employees at this location, not quite as much at the 12th/State St location when we went. Would highly recommend Adam's BBQ to anyone.
