We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. We went to your restaurant to day to celebrate my moms birthday. It was a party of 12 . We loved the food , customer service was great. The only thing we all complained about was the restaurant was full of flys . It was very uncomfortable eating when your having to wave all the flys off your food. No body had been to your restaurant before except my husband and I. I hope you don’t loose. Customers over the flys.

I've been here a few times now and it's the best BBQ place I've found so far! The ribs are bomb but my favorite is the tri tip sandwich! I'll be back!
