About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. The food was amazing and of course the beer was great! The guy who waited on us was very friendly! The atmosphere was just real nice!! We will go back!!!
We dined in the restaurant today and it was great! Their food was delicious as usual, and they have processes in place for things to be super clean and appropriately distanced. Their employees provided friendly and prompt service. it was so nice to sit in the restaurant again.

A grubbhub delivery was short some of our order, I called to see what could be done and whether I should take it up with grubhub. Adam’s saved the day and made it right by delivering the missing ordered items. Awesome customer service to match their awesome bbq. Thank you!
