This company was used to appraise my home for refinancing. Their staff Mr Ray M Rush did a terrible job with the appraisal. Many errors and came in $20,000 under my previous appraisal 3 months prior. Charged us $600 and wasted 2 months of my time with the entire loan process because of his poor judgement. Do not recommend this man nor this business unless you want to be duped.
