Five stars to Tara and the Adam Merrick Team. Tara has been amazing! Working with us and making sure we felt comfortable while trying to find the perfect home for our family. She always answered any questions or concerns that we had and replied back in a timely matter. I worked with Cathy Algas. She was more than helpful and confident in the home buying process!! She worked with me for about 3 years until I was ready to purchase. She is a great real estate agent and she is very knowledgable!!! She helped me until I was ready to buy. She never treated me as if I was wasting her time. Went to look at a home and found my forever home. From the first call from this team, it has been completely stress free. From the initial offer being made, inspections, financing, home owners Insursnce through repair negotiations, thus team has handled it all!! Has been the most stress free experience. I worked with Troy Kerrn and he was GREAT! He was VERY patient with my picky self. I looked at SOOO many houses and through it all Troy was a great encouragement. He explained things well, listened to my "wants" and "needs", he was prompt and courteous in communication, and made the process go as easily as buying a house can be. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends who are looking to buy.
We had used a different realtor before going with this group. While they did sell the house within the time frame they advertise, our agent William was hard to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. The one bright star was Linda in the office.
