I listed my house with Adam Merrick real estate this past spring and it honestly felt like we were just another sale to them. Our realtor rarely communicated with us. They sent us documents just telling us to sign them and not explaining what they were (we always asked). The closing process wasn’t bad and was the best part of the experience. Adam Merrick is a joke. I have lived in the place where I am for 15 years and now my landlord is putting it up for sale with Adam Merrick. So after one of Adams realators came to look at the place he told my landlord he needed to evict us so he could sell the place.Where we live is a duplex.So the next day we and the other tentant got a call not to pay the rent that he was giving us both a 30 day notice because that is what is realator told him to do.
