They did a great job getting us into a house that suits our needs. Made the process very simple for us. They made sure everything was repaired and inspected! Wonderful people!
For an office that is supposedly "always open," they seem to need help with the answering of phones. I have called the main number exactly 12 times, and have been sent to voicemail each time. Some people have jobs where they can only call out, and cannot leave a message waiting for a call back. It is CRUCIAL that someone always answer when a business is called, even if they are placed on hold until an associate becomes available. How many potential clients are you missing out on with your answering machine?
I had them as my realtor for about 70 days and was not impressed at all. They basically took my listing and put it on their websites and waited. I had to ask and ask for them to hold the 1 open house that they did have and they did not follow up with perspective clients after they had showings. Their buy your house if it doesn’t sell in 60 days only works if you purchase one from them and I’m sure it is not anywhere near your asking price. Their clients and realtors are jokes! They'll promise you your perfect home and you will receive it trashed and the contract broken multiple times. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
