We recently purchased our first home and Adam was really great at educating us in the process of buying a home as well as techniques that we should be using to ensure that we have our offer accepted. Adam and his team worked to make sure the process went smoothly and quickly for us. In this very fast market and us being relatively new to WA, it was really great to have Adam be there every step of the way to help us get the home of our dreams within our budget.
We got our first offer accepted with Adam. It was an early expiring offer based on comps which Adam estimated properly, saving us from a bidding war. Our offer wasn't the top early offer either. Adam has a dedicated agent to do tours (Erin Houfek), but wrote the offers personally. His negotiation skills seem to be very precise. Erin was also great to work with! I can personally recommend Adam and his team!
At this crazy time in the market, when a buyer is nervous and anxious, Adam was honest about his thoughts on the market by laying out the picture and letting us make the decisions. He allows us to take time to think and is not pushy like how some other agents are. His expertise was invaluable when it came to actually executing the process. After looking for a very long time with other realtors, Adam and his team went above and beyond helping me to find just the right home. He walked me through what to expect with the current market and is very knowledgeable. He was in constant communication through the purchasing process and calmed my nerves by having answers to all my questions. They showed tremendous patience and I knew he had my best interests at heart. They sealed the deal with a lovely housewarming present. Would absolutely recommend Adam and his team.
It is such a smooth and happy experience to deal with agent Erin. She takes 1.5 hrs to introduce and teach us the house market situation and the procedures to purchase a house. Then she keep following the case to make sure we can buy the house with maximum benefits. Right now the market is hot and we are not so confidence however Erin she is so professional and all we Don’t need to worry about anything. Highly recommend!
After failed on a few houses I found Adam from a friends referral. Adam had given us an zoom presentation of the buying process and local market analysis. Adam was recommended by my colleague, and I don't hesitate to recommend him to any one after our successful home purchase story.
