Adam was able to talk with other agents and share information with me I probably wouldn't have had access to. He was always up front with his thoughts on whether or not my thoughts were logical. I really appreciated him being up front . He was always considerate of my likes and dislikes as we looked at different homes. I would highly recommend Adam as your agent.

Adam and his team were very responsive and took the time to explain the resale offer on this home in great detail. I am an out of state seller and knowing that Adam was covering my interests on the ground in Washington was a huge win for us. Adam made our experience a pleasure! He was very knowledgeable in how to present and list our house. His understanding of the current market, listing prices and what to expect while our house was listed was beyond accurate. He was easy to communicate with and was very prompt in responding to our many questions, he also kept us informed throughout the whole process. Last month I listed my home with Adam and his terrific team of realtor's. A very professional group of realtor's at Keller Williams I must say. Adam told that my house would sell in a week. To my amazement it sold the first week of open house! If you want a realtor that will work hard and be honest with you this is the team of realtor's you need to sell with!

The Adam Cothes Home Team has now helped two generations of my family through the arduous task of home buying. Adam and his team were well organized and developed and stuck to a selling plan. They kept us informed of what needed to be done when and then they had a list that showed us where we were in the process and what was coming up. Nothing they did was done "last minute", everything was done well ahead of the "due date". This removes a lot of stress in selling a home. I would highly recommend Adam and his team - they are professionals.
