I worked with Anthony to buy a second home in Kirkland. He is very knowledgeable about the Seattle market. Since I'm not familiar with the area I found his expertise invaluable in understanding different locations and property values. Adam provides high quality service, is very knowledgeable of local markets and uses a team approach to achieve positive outcomes for his clients. I am not an easy customer and he persevered through 2 years of my indecisiveness until we found the perfect home and got a great price on my sale.
Adam was a great agent who told us what to do to be competitive in a crazy market flooded by buyers and not a lot of inventory. He put us in contact with a great mortgage company who was able to give us a competitive rate and expedite our appraisal.
