My lab numbers have improved since my last checkup thanks to Dr. Novack’s positive proactive partnership in my healthcare. A new problem was identified. I am confident with the plan of action laid out by Dr. Novack, I will have the best possible outcome.
Dr. Novak addressed four chief complaints that I have. He recommended four different specialists for the complaints. He really listens to what you’re telling him is wrong and goes above and beyond to figure out the cause of it. I would recommend him as a doctor to my friends and family.

I love Dr Novak. I find him to be attentive, informative and empathetic. The low review rating is for the supporting staff. Primarily Jeanette Whitted. Rarely have I had to deal with someone as dismissive and rude. She does a great disservice to Southcoast. I understand that its a busy office and she may not want to deal with returning calls, writing emails and engaging with any one patient longer than a few seconds.
