Dr. Novack listens to me with patience and thoughtfulness. He never rushes or trivializes.
Dr Novack always takes great care with his patients, but you also aren’t sitting around waiting to be seen. His staff is great and you always leave well taken care of.
Dr. Novack is Aweson! He always show that he cares and ready to listen to you.
I love Dr Novak. I find him to be attentive, informative and empathetic. The low review rating is for the supporting staff. Primarily Jeanette Whitted. Rarely have I had to deal with someone as dismissive and rude. She does a great disservice to Southcoast. I understand that its a busy office and she may not want to deal with returning calls, writing emails and engaging with any one patient longer than a few seconds. Dr. Novack is supposed to be managing my newly diagnosed hypertension. I have left two messages over 5 weeks about a need for further management and have heard nothing from his office. Also called office manager at South Coast to report the issue...two weeks later, radio silent. Unfortunately, this practice does not care about their patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If anybody could make the act of going to the doctor enjoyable, it would be Doctor Novak. No matter what problem you come in with, he seems to be ready and waiting with the best possible solution or advice. Even during this Coronavirus pandemic, he remains highly personable and doesn't lose his cool. Today, I had my first virtual doctor visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Novack for more than 7 years. Over my nearly 62 years I have had the pleasure of working with talented physicians and their incredible support staff. Dr. Novack stands above the best I have previously encountered. This is exactly how great medical care should be delivered. Dr. Novack has allowed me to be a valued partner in my own medical care and treatment.
