He is very thorough. In the respect he looks over every aspect of the patient. Labs , feelings, mental status i literally meant everything. His disposition is unlike any I've ever seen. He uses a great patient doctor relation to walk you through your needs and what you should be doing and not offensively. Just the best doctor I've met in a while. I've met many as an EMT in New York and when we moved here was rated good doctor. They need to update status. I thank him for his commitment to the practice.

Very knowledgeable and my exam was comprehensive.
Dr.? Novack took a lot of time with me explaining my condition. I backed up his schedule & he didn’t seem annoyed when we kept asking questions.
Very pleasant and informative.
Dr. Flood was very explicit and detailed in answering all questions. He explained causes and remedies to my total satisfaction.Highly recommend.
Staff was great and attentive dr. Was prompt and informative tin the time to explain things in a manner that I understood.
The first time I went to see him, I waited over an hour, and it was my first appointment with him. Today was my follow up appointment, and I asked the young lady was here running behind. She said, yes, he was currently seeing the 3 o’clock appointment. I saw several people in the facility waiting area, but you don’t know who they’re waiting to see. I was about 15-20 early too.
