Dr. Updegraff has been my doctor for over 17 years. During that time she has become a like member of my family. She is always so positive, yet very honest. She always takes the time to answer my list of questions. The office staff are kind, professional, and very helpful. I am so blessed to have such a supportive relationship with my family doctor!
Ended up crying in the car after my appointment. Only got results from half the labs that were supposed to have been done at my first visit, but instead of doing the rest on the second, it was decided that I'm Actually Perfectly Fine despite the fact that the symptoms that brought me into a doctor's office for the first time in a decade still persist and continue to negatively affect my daily life even with measures I'd taken between the two appointments to try and mitigate them.
