Adam Cobb went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I find our dream home. I thought it would be impossible to purchase a home in the area I wanted because it is so competitive. Adam located a home that was off the market for us and brilliantly negotiated the price down to get us within our range. He was always available for our questions and made us feel like a priority. Adam sold our townhouse in a very tough market. He was extremely patient, responsive and trust worthy. He accommodated us in every way.
