Adam does what he says he'll do. Problems occur - calmly, assuredly Adam takes ownership and makes right, no need to follow up. Seriously, what more do you need. Well, icing on the cake, he has a delightful sense of humor. Lord knows you need a well timed laugh during the sales process. I've purchased 8 homes and dealt with countless agents, he really is in the top 1%. I'd do business again with Adam in a heartbeat. I really appreciated his assistant Amanda as well. Thank you both again!!!!

Adam Cobb made both my wife and I feel special from the first moment we met him. We were very comfortable trusting his knowledge of the Edmonds area as well as his abilities and expertise as an agent. We knew he would help us find a very special property, and he did. Very responsive. He was patient and stuck with us through a very complicated deal that took over three months with multiple offers to complete. He always returned our calls promptly and has been very accessible since the deal closed.

Prior to the sale of our house,we interviewed several of the top agents in our area.Without question,we knew Adam had every quality needed to set us at ease with that process. His personality,integrity and attention to detail consistently reinforced our confidence in him and his plan. We just couldn't imagine working with any better. We would only consider using Adam for both buying and selling in the future. Adam and his team really go beyond in every aspect of the transaction. There isn't a detail he doesn't miss. He even put on rubber boots and power washed the walkway himself because he wanted to protect the paint on the house. It was truly a pleasure to work with him.
