Adain Group (and Denise Marketos) takes the hassle out of property management! They're responsive, professional, and really care about their clients. Highly recommend for stress-free rental management in the DC area.
We had a great experience with Adain, who managed our 2 unit rowhouse for 3 years while we were abroad. They were professional, knowledgeable and excellent communicators, and our tenants were happy. After a pipe burst on Christmas eve, displacing both sets of tenants, they were totally on top of getting everything fixed. Would highly recommend.
