Very rude office personnel. Had to wait for over 30 minutes for my appointment. Very poor scheduling times ( last appointment at 3:15 and no lunch appointments or Saturdays) Megan was especially rude and uncaring. Children's area was dirty and wallpaper was coming off the walls! Yuck!
On my first app there, I walked in to find a smart @$$ receptionist who was very very very rude. She asked why I was there, I proceeded to tell her I needed to follow up with an obgyn after and transvaginal ultrasound. She then kept screaming and getting closer to me asking whyI was there. I repeated myself 5X's before she actual caught on. Then my fiance texts me to let me know he was out there in the parking lot because she told him to get out of her office that he wasent allowed to even go back with me. Extended wait times in most cases. Witnessed walkin patients receive treatment prior to those with appointments. Customer service left much to be desired.
