Fred Peralta and the people from the service center all went above and beyond in helping get me, my grandmother, and my sister into cars these past few weeks. With little to go on, Fred searched high and low to find me a used car in my price range that fit my style even though I couldnt tell him much as to what it was. Fred was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Thank you to him and everyone here.
J-Lo, John Lozono gave us great service when purchasing our new 2018 TLX. He made sure we had Michelin tires on our car instead of the standard tires. But, what was really great was that he actually came to our home and spent over two hours helping us thru all of its new features, including pairing the Home-Link system to our garage doors. Now , while we didn't learn everything then, it certainly was a "leg-up" and has saved us a LOT of potential confusion in the near future. If you want great customer service and a dealership that follows through on what they say they are goin to do, I would highly recommend Acura of Peoria and Aaron Seabaugh. They treated my family and I with respect, and I walked away as a very happy customer I my new MDX. I’ll be back.
Fred Peralta made the buying experience simple and efficient and quick. Hard to believe a dealer with the best prices has this level of customer service but I was happy to find out everything was what it seemed and I got a very fair price and the other dealer I was going to go to negotiated with me for 2 weeks and Acura of Peoria crushed their "best price my manager can give" without even asking.
