I have never enjoyed the car buying process but Johnson at Acura of Peoria made it easy and quick. When i arrived at the dealership he had the car i wanted to see up front and ready for me to test drive. He found the color i wanted and worked hard to get me a great deal. Definitely recommend Alex Gonzalez in the sales department for your next car purchase.
If you do not want to deal with bait and switch tactics avoid this dealer. Be very, very careful when discussing maintenance contracts that are initially offered by sales representative and then removed by the financial representatives at closing. Also consider whether you want to be taken advantage of again when taking the car in for services. This deal included transfer of $2009 Toyota, full cash payment for car and maintenance service above the original posted manufacturers price. Bad deal for customers! Hopeless in Peori... read more
