I would never buy an Accura after my experience in Accura Bellevue, customer service from sales rep was very bad, probably the person was having a bad day and thought I wasn't thinking in buying for real, and judging me by being a female and alone. At the end of the day I decided buying in a different place. I had a very angry and inpatient treatment and felt really bad there, I would never go back there and would never think about even considering this brand again. The service department is not very competent. I used to work for Honda service and I am pretty certain that we would not be allowed to return a vehicle to a customer with a tire light on, especially after performing a service/inspection/tire rotation and said light was not on a drop off. Also would not be allowed to return a car to a customer with a giant screw in the tire that was apparently "overlooked" at drop off and during the entire service appointment where the car was in their care for 4+ days. I ventured over to Acura Bellevue when having a terrible experience in Lynnwood; but loving my Acura knew I would probably é sticking to the brand when looking for a new car. This weekend when looking for an SUV, I walked in with an appointment, went on a test drive and got numbers for the vehicle I wanted. Rob Lee helped me and was on top of everything. Wish I could give 0 star because of their customer service is really b******t. The sale man, Rob Freidman is the most terrible one I had ever worked with. Since I walked in and out, no hand shaking, no smile, no water, only pushed me to “COMMIT” buying a car before giving me any detail about the price. No negotiate even the add-on of protection package. What kind of this business? And add 14% for tax, license & registration fee on top of the car price + accessories, how could he come up with that number? Gave me the price fo... read more
