Ryan worked with us very professionally and without any pressure. He actively negotiated throughout the process but was transparent and respectful at all times. His efforts to ensure we were informed and had plenty of time to ask and address any questions during the closing process was appreciated.

It’s been ten years, since my last car purchase and the people I encountered at Acura Columbus from my first stop with Steve Ault, to my follow-up with Mike Shay (after Steve’s surgery), to my closing paperwork with Jon Gray, were very welcoming, friendly, genuine, helpful, and professional in their approach, from start to finish. Now I’m loving my awesome new MDX and look forward to a continuing relationship with these new “friends”.
