I could not have hoped for a better experience purchasing a new-to-me car. I was traveling from Cincinnati and needed to make sure the car was still available so after calling the dealership Francesco was immediately helpful and call had the car waiting up front by the time we arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even had great recommendations for food while we waited for our car to get washed and ready to take home. When buying a car you always wonder about the dealership and will they help you take care of your car. With Acura of Columbus you can stop worrying. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could have made it hard to get the proper solution. But not Acura of Columbus. Shannon the service manager is a certified master technician.
