Shoutout to Mike at Acura Columbus—he wasn’t part of the sales process, but after I bought my car, he took time out of his day to help me with a small issue I had with a sticker. He grabbed some tools and took care of it right away, all with a smile. That’s truly exceptional service and really left a great impression!
