Service department was great! Thank you Michael for taking car of my Acura today! I couldn't have asked for better service!
They are LIARS!! We specifically told them we did NOT want to run our credit multiple times. We were assured that they would run only one hard credit check until they knew which bank we were working with and only that bank would run a hard credit check. A MONTH later, we are STILL getting rejection letters from the MULTIPLE times they ran our credit. They are unapologetic because they believe the end justified the means. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I used to dread taking my car in for service - now it’s almost enjoyable because of the excellent service & care I receive from the people at Acura. They know great customer service and I’m a huge fan!
I was there just before Christmas last year, my beautiful TL had a light come on while I was enroute to Dallas. Chris, the service manager treated me like family, while they found the issue. I had a great holiday season with my family! They really are number one!
