We bought my wife’s car here last summer. We were promised their concierges service, where they will come to our home, pick up the car, leave us a loaner, service the car, and bring it back to us. The first time, it was difficult to get scheduled, but it finally worked out. I called 3 weeks ago and they tried to tell me they don’t do that right now. The service department is second to none! They never over-promise and then under deliver. They do things right the first time, from oil changes to new tires. Acura is such a great car, I've had very little need for anything other than regular maintenance for my 2012 RDX with 115K miles on it.

Acura of Little Rock has always taken great care of my car! When they are working on it, they communicate with me and keep me informed. The staff is also very kind and courteous!
