I recommend that instead of sending your contract with someone to deliver your car to another state explain that you have to pay the high sales taxes and call you back when you have questions bad experience 😐

Awesome service with Brett Shepherd. Came in to get new brake pads and oil change. They diagnosed other repairs and was grateful because I have a 2006 TSX with 273,000 miles on it. I love my car! I only repair at Acura dealerships and this one in Little Rock is above and beyond in service. I would recommend getting service here!
Terrible customer services. We have bought a lot of cars, at many different lots and this one was by far the worse. Would not recommend it, and will not waste my time shopping here in the future. Made a 3 hour round trip for nothing.
I have taken my Acura MDX in 2 xs for service since I purchased it. I have receive superior professional service. All of the staff was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Service Manager Brett Shepherd and the staff resolved my problems at each visit. I will definitely consider this in the next new vehicle we purchase!
