New name (DCH) worse service About a year ago Norm Reeves became DCH Auto Group. I used to love Norm Reeves as the service crew was friendly and the sales people were less pushy than you usually find at a dealer. That has now changed and the service is horrible, they overcharge you for simple service and there hasn't been one time I have had a service done there that I haven't had to take it back because they didn't do something right. DCH Honda of Temecula is exceptional!!! I purchased a Honda Relay switch for my 2000 Civic EX. It was hard to find a Genuine Honda switch, but DCH had just what I needed. I ordered the part, and received it very shortly! I would very happily shop with them again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. Also very affordable, because usually REAL Honda parts can be very pricey. I really have no tips for any other customers other than shop here, its easy and fast, and more importantly, cheap.
