New name (DCH) worse service About a year ago Norm Reeves became DCH Auto Group. I used to love Norm Reeves as the service crew was friendly and the sales people were less pushy than you usually find at a dealer. That has now changed and the service is horrible, they overcharge you for simple service and there hasn't been one time I have had a service done there that I haven't had to take it back because they didn't do something right. Extremely Poor Finance Department Practices We drove off in a new Civic, only to find out 13 days after the "Sell" that modificfations were required to keep the car! State law was quoted by the department, yet not adhered to by this Dealership! We received absolutely nothing in correspondence or even by phone within the 10 days as per California State requirements.
